Match Segment

Match Segment allows a Blockgraph participant to Request, then match a segment with another participant or group of participants.

API Sequence to Match a Segment

1. Get Partner or Group ID and it's available delivery scope information via GET Partner API
2. Get Segments via GET Segment API
3. Create Segment Match via POST Segment Match API
4. Monitor job status to verify that it's completed via GET Jobs API
